EXTON, PA – J.W. Pepper & Son, Inc. recently promoted Scott Grady to the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). The position will focus on developing, executing, and communicating the strategic direction of the company.
“Scott has been a key contributor to our development of new brands and strategies over the past several years,” says President and CEO Glenn Burtch. “We are confident he will guide the company well in developing new initiatives in his new role as CSO.”
A 21 year veteran of the company, Grady has performed a number of different functions while employed at Pepper. He has worked in operations, marketing, and sales, and played an important part in the opening of the San Francisco Bay area location in 2001. Grady recently received his MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
