Deininger will help take the cloud-based group management program to the next level, enabling the 143-year-old company to better serve music teachers and directors. Deininger has more than 25 years of experience in transforming technology to meet the needs of customers.

Cut Time is a newer service of Pepper, which is the world’s largest retailer of sheet music for the K-12 education market. The platform is designed to save teachers time and help them easily manage their music programs. It allows directors to communicate with members of their various ensembles and their parents, track inventory through bar codes, create a library for repertoire, manage finances and more.
Among other things, Deininger will help with mobile optimization and Cut Time’s integration with other tools and services that are important to teachers. He is a proven business leader in the healthcare and automotive industries and has worked on all stages of software development. Deininger holds a BA in economics from Saint Joseph’s University and an MBA from West Chester University.
