“Eric’s leadership and experience in leading technology initiatives in service-based industries is an enormous asset as we continue to execute on the vision of Cut Time,” said Scott Grady, Pepper’s Chief Strategy Officer. “This is an exciting time for Cut Time and Pepper as we welcome Eric to the team.”

Cut Time is a newer service of Pepper, which is the world’s largest retailer of sheet music for the K-12 education market. The platform is designed to save teachers time and help them easily manage their music programs. It allows directors to communicate with members of their various ensembles and their parents, track inventory through bar codes, create a library for repertoire, manage finances and more.

Among other things, Deininger will help with mobile optimization and Cut Time’s integration with other tools and services that are important to teachers. He is a proven business leader in the healthcare and automotive industries and has worked on all stages of software development.
