Serial technology entrepreneur, Bob Cooper, to join 143-year-old sheet music retailer
Exton, PA – J.W. Pepper & Son, Inc., the world’s largest retailer of sheet music, has announced that Bob Cooper has joined their executive team as Chief Innovation Officer.
In this newly created role, Cooper will help the 143-year-old company add additional value to its large and diverse client base in the K-12 education market by leveraging new technology, processes, and partnerships. Cooper is a serial entrepreneur, having launched and co-founded several high profile service and technology companies over the past 25 years.

Over his career, Cooper has consistently been at the forefront of technology. In 1991 he founded the country’s first interactive agency, Frontier Media Group, Inc. which served Fortune 500 clients. He also founded the country’s first service design consultancy, Frontier Service Design, Inc., in 2008. Over the years, Cooper has also served as a turnaround specialist, a venture fundraiser, executive coach and co-founder of two technology platform companies in the consumer electronics and home automation industries.
