EXTON, PA – Long-time Pepper employee David DiMarino has been named Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of J.W. Pepper & Son, Inc. His new position reflects his dedication to the continued success of the company. A near 25 year veteran of Pepper, David provides steady leadership and a mind for management and strategic planning.

DiMarino started with the company as a customer service representative in the mid ’90s and has spent time in several departments throughout his career. He spent five years as Branch Manager for the San Francisco location before returning to the Corporate Office as Chief Strategy Officer. Having received an MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2012, DiMarino is well prepared to assume the responsibilities of CFO.
