J.W. Pepper has named Anthony Carollo the Regional Sales Manager of its Dallas/Fort Worth sales center in Texas. In this position, he is overseeing the retail store in Richland Hills, along with serving customers throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma, and North Texas.
Carollo started working for Pepper in the fall of 2002. He began in the order filling department and quickly moved his way into shipping, receiving, and then customer service. He has studied marketing, and is a self-taught musician, playing the bass guitar, guitar and drums. He also writes and records music. Pepper’s Vice President of Regional Sales Linda Schmidt says Carollo has proven his dedication to the company’s customers over the years.
“For 17 years, as a team member in our Dallas/Ft. Worth location, Anthony has demonstrated an incredible work ethic,” Schmidt said. “He is motivated and accepts challenges as opportunities. We value his commitment towards excellence and are thrilled to have him on our management team.”
Pepper has a total of 12 stores in 10 states, in addition to its headquarters in Exton, Pennsylvania and distribution centers in Georgia and Utah. Carollo and his coworkers have helped Pepper maintain its role as the world’s largest retailer of sheet music and as the leading supplier of sheet music in schools across the United States.
In addition to educators, the company also serves church music directors and other community and professional groups, along with individual musicians. Aside from sheet music, Pepper also sells music accessories, digital downloads, and music planning services.
