Neustra mirada

A setting of an original Spanish poem by Argentinian writer and film director Sabrina Odoguardio, this work is inspired by an interview with two women artists and speaks to the silencing of women’s viewpoints. Beautifully dissonant a cappella harmonies are written with a slow tempo and rubato feel, evoking a sense of longing for women’s voices to be heard.
