ePrint Folders: A Proposal for Administrators

on

Teachers know the benefit of sharing digital sheet music (ePrint) legally with their students. In a school setting, it’s crucial to involve the principal to obtain both permission and funding for the technology and to access funds from the technology budget. This Administrator Proposal helps teachers communicate the value ePrint Folders provides to schools. It proves how the technology meets student and teacher needs in a succinct way administrators will understand quickly. Some of the educational benefits explained in the proposal include:

  • student access to materials
  • remote learning facilitation
  • curriculum support with teacher-selected, school-owned music
  • differentiated instruction
  • data privacy
  • pricing information

Remember to reach out if you need to provide a quote along with your proposal! To learn more about ePrint Folders or to place your order, visit ePrint Folders.

  1. Can ePrint sheet music resources be uploaded to Google Classroom Platform? If not, how is it distributed and collected to students who are used to going into their Google Classrooms to see announcements, access forms and assignments?

    • Hi Amy Lynn, thank you for your question. ePrint Folders does not have a direct tie-in with Google Classroom, but you can download a PDF or CSV with your students’ login credentials and upload that to Google Classroom. Does that answer your question?
